What can I do about a chargeback?

OnlyFans cannot prevent a Fan from issuing a chargeback request.

We track chargeback requests to look for suspicious activity. If a Fan seeks a chargeback, there is a risk that Fan’s access to OnlyFans will be limited or blocked. 

If a Fan successfully requests a refund or a chargeback the amount will be removed from the Creator’s income.
