There are a few things you can try to fix Two-Step Authentication before contacting Support:
- disconnect from any VPN;
- check the date and time on your device are correct;
- check you are entering the most up-to-date code. The Authenticator app automatically generates a new 6-digit code:
- each time you open the app, and
- every 30 seconds when the app is in use.
